Wedding Card

A good friend & fellow midwife is getting married next Friday. They are having a wishing well instead of gifts so just need to put money in a card. It is a long standing joke that she loves brown mixed with either blue or pink. I was amazed that her invitations weren't pink & brown. Anyway, obviously i couldn't go past making a pink & brown card.

I've used Candy Lane paper and the Always stamp set, I love this set for weddings & engagements, The sentiment is from a set available in the US called 'Heard from the Heart'. I used Choc Chip taffeta ribbon and kaisercraft half pearls in a creamy pink. I was really happy with how it turned out. I hope Elise likes it.
I am so looking fwd to the wedding, it will be held in the lovely Hunter Valley and the weather forecast is looking promising. Might put up some pics if Elise lets me.

Have a great day,
Fi xox

This is just stunning. I love pink and brown together, there is something just so yummy about those colours. The stamp set is gorgeous and I really love the sentiment to. You have done such a great job.

Have a wonderful time at the wedding tomorrow. I'm such a romantic I just love weddings, they tend to make me cry. I know.... how soppy is that :)

Take care and I'll pop in again soon.
